Yes, you can cancel any time. Our service plans are non contract-based. You can give us a call to cancel if you would like to discontinue service.
All service plans cover monitoring of your pool equipment. Pool repairs or installations that require a repair technician to be on site are billed separately. GL Pools offers autopay options via a credit card or ACH (bank draft), or payment can be sent in monthly by check. All service plans are billed on the 1st of the month and payment is required within 30 days (for those not on autopay).

We will bill these as separate line items to avoid confusion. No additional effort is required on your part for filter cleanings to take place. The cleanings typically take 1-2 hours and will be scheduled in advance.
Yes, we can accommodate seasonal needs! If you are out of town for part of the year or don’t use your pool as much during the fall and winter seasons, please let us know.
