Service Plan FAQ

Can I cancel my pool service plan if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel any time. Our service plans are non contract-based. You can give us a call to cancel if you would like to discontinue service.

Are pool repairs included?

All service plans cover monitoring of your pool equipment. Pool repairs or installations that require a repair technician to be on site are billed separately. GL’s repair team is unmatched in San Diego county for its skill and efficiency in tackling equipment issues, and we are always up front and transparent about pricing.

How will I be billed?

GL Pools offers autopay options via a credit card or ACH (bank draft), or payment can be sent in monthly by check. All service plans are billed on the 1st of the month and payment is required within 30 days (for those not on autopay).

Will I have the same technician servicing my pool every week?

Yes, a dedicated technician will service your pool unless that technician is sick or on vacation.

Will my pool or spa be serviced on the same day each week?

Yes, you can expect us to be on your property on the same day and at the same time each week.

Are filter cleans included?

Service plan pricing does not include filter cleans. We monitor filter pressure each week and will clean your filter quarterly to keep your pool equipment functioning optimally. We will bill these as separate line items to avoid confusion. No additional effort is required on your part for filter cleanings to take place. The cleanings typically take 1-2 hours and will be scheduled in advance.

Do you offer seasonal service?

Yes, we can accommodate seasonal needs! If you are out of town for part of the year or don’t use your pool as much during the fall and winter seasons, please let us know.
