GL Pools was founded in 2006 on the belief that the pool service industry needed more experts. Ever since, we’ve developed and promoted our own staff as a principle, and equipped them with the highest degree of professional knowledge. We want our average technician coming out of training to have a more robust knowledge of the industry than most pool service business owners.
Our techs are smart, courteous and approachable people who aren’t afraid to show a client how a test strip works, double-check their work to make sure it’s perfect, and get creative about solutions. We hire people who can maintain the relationships, not just the pools, that keep customers coming back.
